• I, the artist, retain all rights to my artwork.• There will be no physical item to be shipped, and you will only receive a digital copy of the artwork.• Commissions are for personal use only!• For commercial inquiries, please contact me on my social media.• Reselling the artwork is prohibited. This includes any type of cryptocurrency, NFTs, etc.• Please credit @nokomystic if you use the artwork.• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.• I will upload commissions on my social media, so please let me know if you are not comfortable with it!• Please keep in mind that I am a slow drawer, and it can take up to a week or a month depending on the details of the commission.• Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

• I DO have the right to publish my art on any website that I want as portfolio except for private and commercial commission if it said on the contract.• You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to publish / upload your commissioned art from me to any website. Please also credit @nokomystic if you use the artwork.• You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to edit / render the piece that you bought from me (I would prefer if you tell me first if you did).• You (as the commissioner) DON'T have any right to use your commissioned art as commercial object on Non-commercial commission.• Other people beside you (as the commissioner) and me DON'T have any right to publish / upload my art to other website unless they have my / commissioner permission.

ꕤ Refunds ꕤ

• Due to the nature of digital art commissions, deposited payments are non-refundable.• Once the commission has been started, any request for cancellation will result in a full loss of the deposit payment.• Any completed work will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.• Requests for revisions or changes to the commissioned work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If revisions are requested within a reasonable timeframe, the artist will make every effort to accommodate them. However, if excessive revisions are requested, I (Nokomystic) as the artist reserves the right to refuse or charge a reasonable additional fee for each requested modification.
